How Many Bartenders should I hire.
Wine & Beer Bar
1 bartender can handle up to 65 guests
Full Bar
1 bartender can handle up to 50 guests

Do you accommodate large events?
We have a large staff on call and can handle events of any size. Our recommendation is to hire a Bar Manager for larger events and several bartenders and barbacks. Bar Managers take a huge workload off the hands of event planners or party hosts and ensure that all of the bars are operating in a timely, coordinated and excellent way.

Is Liquor Included?

No, the liquor is not included. You will stock your bar with the liquors and wines and we take care of the rest. Napkins, straws, garnishes, juices, ice, sodas, etc

Are you Licensed & Insured?
Yes, we carry a 1-million-dollar Policy in Liquor Liability Insurance and our Bartenders are TABC Certified

How far in advance should I book your services?
We are normally booked out 3-6 months in advance so the sooner you book the better.

Do you Travel?
We are based in Dallas Texas.
We are available to travel when and if our schedule permits it. All fees associated with travel and accommodations must be paid for by client.
